**ミラーズ英会話スクール（The Miller’s English School）は、
2005年にアメリカ・フロリダ州出身のジャマー・ミラー（Jamar Miller）**によって設立されました。
彼は「英語という言語と文化を地域の皆さんと分かち合いたい」という強い情熱から、このスクールを始めました。
開校以来、私たちはその原点を大切にしながら、
あらゆる年齢や背景を持つ生徒の皆さんに質の高い英語教育と学びの機会を提供し続けています。

ジャマー・ミラーについて
2005年より、アメリカ出身のネイティブ講師 ジャマー・ミラー は、福岡で英語への情熱を広めています。同年、ミラーズ・イングリッシュ・スクール を設立し、幼児から大人まで、幅広い年齢層の学習者に向けて楽しく効果的なレッスンを提供しています。
20年以上にわたり、ジャマーはミラーズ・イングリッシュ・スクールの主任講師として教えるだけでなく、福岡の複数の大学でも英語やビジネス関連のコースを担当し、時には中学校や高校でも授業を行っています。
ジャマーは卓越した指導力を持ち、大学の学位を11個取得、その中には教育学の修士号が2つあり、うち1つは TESOL（外国語話者への英語教授法） を専門としています。豊富な学問的知識と実社会での経験を組み合わせ、すべてのレッスンを実践的で効果的、かつ生徒一人ひとりに合わせた内容にしています。
日本に来る前は、金融業界で成功を収め、2005年に若くして早期退職しました。また、複数の金融資格も保有しています。こうした幅広い経験と知識により、子どもからビジネスパーソンまで、あらゆる背景の学習者としっかり向き合うことができます。
ジャマーは 情熱・忍耐・専門性 に定評があり、すべてのレッスンを楽しく、充実したものにしています。幼い子どもが初めて英語の単語を学ぶときも、大人がビジネス英語をマスターするときも、ジャマーは生徒一人ひとりの成功を丁寧にサポートします。
ジャマーは 綾香ミラー と結婚しており、2人の子ども 竜之介 と 葵 の父親です。子どもたちからも刺激を受け、流暢で自信を持った英語話者を育てることに情熱を注いでいます。
Since 2005, Jamar Miller, an American native speaker, has been sharing his passion for English in Fukuoka. That same year, he founded Miller’s English School, offering engaging and effective classes for learners of all ages—from toddlers to adults. For over 20 years he has not only taught at The Miller's English School but he also teaches English and Business courses at several different Universities in the area, as well as occasionally teaching at Junior High Schools and High Schools .
Jamar brings unparalleled expertise to his teaching. He holds 11 university degrees, including two Master’s degrees in Education, one specializing in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). His approach combines deep academic knowledge with real-world experience, ensuring that every lesson is practical, effective, and tailored to each student.
Before moving to Japan, Jamar had a successful career in finance, achieving early retirement in 2005. In addition to his 11 university degrees, he also holds several professional financial licenses. His extensive experience and broad knowledge allow him to connect with learners of all backgrounds—children, business professionals, and everyone in between.
Jamar is known for his passion, patience, and professionalism, making every class both enjoyable and impactful. Whether it’s a child learning their first English words or an adult mastering business communication, Jamar guides every student to success.
He is married to Ayaka Miller and is the proud father of two children, Ryunosuke and Aoi Miller, who inspire his dedication to nurturing confident, fluent English speakers.

綾香は、ミラーズ英会話スクールのスケジュール管理・連絡対応・会計業務など、
運営に関わるすべてをしっかりと支えてくれています。
また、子どもクラスではジャマーのアシスタント講師として活躍し、
レッスン中に理解が難しい部分があった場合には、生徒を丁寧にサポートしています。
綾香はジャマー・ミラーの妻であり、
息子の竜之介ミラー、娘の葵ミラーとともに4人家族で暮らしています。
Nothing more needs to be said here other than SHE IS THE BOSS — so we simply listen to her and do what she says! Life is much more peaceful that way. 😄 Ayaka handles all the scheduling, communications, and bookkeeping for The Miller’s English School, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She also serves as Jamar’s assistant teacher in children’s classes, ready to step in and help any student who might need a little extra support or explanation during lessons. Ayaka is married to Jamar Miller, and together they have two children — a son, Ryunosuke Miller, and a daughter, Aoi Miller.
